In the blender, add onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, curry, and 125 grams of water. Blend until the vegetables are in chunks. Not purée!

- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Grated ginger root: 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
- Yellow curry powder: 1 tablespoon

In a pan, we heat oil and add a cinnamon stick. While the cinnamon heats, we grind cloves, cumin, and cardamom in a mortar. Then we add these spices to the oil and wait for the aroma to develop.

- Cumin (zira): 0.5 teaspoon

Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown.
