Turkey shashlik with cranberry sauce

4 servings

50 minutes

Turkey kebabs with cranberry sauce are a gourmet dish of American cuisine, combining the tenderness of turkey with the tangy sweetness of cranberries. Marinated in yogurt, honey, thyme, and lemon juice, the meat gains unique juiciness and a hint of spice. The kebabs are grilled to a golden crust and baked in the oven, retaining their softness inside and appetizing aroma. The cranberry sauce made with orange juice, cinnamon, and allspice adds richness to the flavor profile, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. This dish is ideal for festive tables or cozy family dinners, bringing notes of gastronomic pleasure and warmth.
