The finishing touch is a caramelized glaze made from honey and soy sauce, adding a sweet spiciness. This kebab can be served with fresh vegetables, a light salad, or fragrant rice, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. It is perfect for cozy family dinners or friendly gatherings, filling the atmosphere with warmth and Eastern charm.
