Historically, cod holds an important place in the cuisines of many countries due to its mild flavor and versatility in cooking. This recipe features sweet carrots, rich onions, and creamy Greek yogurt, adding a pleasant tenderness to the dish. Baking preserves all the beneficial properties of the ingredients while tomato paste adds a slight tanginess.
