Place the rice in a pot and cover it with plenty of salted water. Cook until almost done.
- Rice: 1 glass

Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the finely chopped garlic and herbs. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Tomatoes: 500 g

Pour in the wine. Keep on the heat for another 2 minutes.
- White semi-sweet wine: 50 ml

Send the rice to the pan and mix with the vegetables. Add spices.
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Thyme: to taste

Cut the raw fish into cubes. Place it on top of the rice and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
