Nuggets with milk

Milk-based nuggets are a tender and juicy dish that reveals the beauty of simple ingredients. Soaking chicken fillet in milk beforehand makes the meat especially soft and delicate, while the breadcrumb coating gives it an appetizing crispy crust. This dish comes from European cuisine, where harmony of flavors and simplicity of preparation are valued. It can be served as a standalone treat with a favorite sauce or as part of a more complex dish. Golden pieces with light spice notes are perfect for both family dinners and entertaining guests. The flavor of the nuggets is both rich and airy, while their texture is the ideal balance of softness inside and crunch outside.
