Potato pancakes stuffed with chicken are an amazing combination of tender potato dough and juicy chicken mince baked to a golden crust. This dish has roots in Belarusian cuisine, where potatoes have always held an important place. Traditionally, pancakes are cooked in a skillet, but this stuffed version baked in the oven makes them less greasy and healthier. The taste of such pancakes is rich, with a tender texture inside and a crispy crust outside. They can be served with sour cream or fresh vegetables, highlighting their homely comfort and nutrition. An ideal option for a family lunch or dinner when you want something hearty but without excess oil.
