Bell pepper baked with feta and mushrooms is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavors. Large peppers (I took two colors - red and yellow) are cut in half and cleaned of seeds and veins to form boats.
- Sweet pepper: 4 pieces

Chop the mushrooms finely and sauté in a mixture of vegetable and butter until lightly golden (do not overcook!!)
- Oyster mushrooms: 300 g
- Champignons: 300 g
- Vegetable oil: to taste
- Butter: to taste

Mix the mushroom sauté with minced garlic and place the filling in the boats. Crumble pieces of feta cheese over the mushrooms.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Serbian feta cheese: 100 g

Mix breadcrumbs (I used cykoria s.a brand) with grated parmesan. Adjust the amount of breadcrumbs to your eye, but you will need approximately 50-70 grams.
- Breadcrumbs: 50 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 80 g

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and grease the paper with a small amount of vegetable oil. It's best to use a culinary silicone brush. Place the peppers on the tray.
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Sprinkle the peppers with a mixture of crumbs and cheese. Drizzle the peppers with a thin stream of vegetable oil.
- Breadcrumbs: 50 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 80 g
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Bake in the oven until the pepper is soft (about 30-35 minutes).
