French pie with chicken and onions is an elegant dish that combines tender dough and juicy filling. Its roots trace back to traditional French cuisine, where simple ingredients transform into refined gastronomic delight. The crispy base made of oat and wheat flour gives the pie an unusual texture, while butter makes it crumbly. The filling is a fragrant blend of caramelized onions, tender chicken, and a creamy mixture of eggs, milk, and cheese. This pie can be served warm or chilled, making it perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings. Its rich flavor unfolds in every bite—the sweet onion balances the juiciness of the chicken while the creamy cheese filling adds tenderness. French pie with chicken and onions is a harmony of flavors and textures worthy of the most discerning gourmets.

1
First, put the chicken breasts to boil, then start on the dough.
- Chicken breast: 250 g

Mix grated carrot with oatmeal flour and butter. Knead and form a dough ball. Wrap in film and send to the freezer.

Slice the onion into half rings and fry in butter until golden brown.

Take the butter and roll it out in pieces on a floured surface (don't try to make a perfect circle, the dough tears easily, just make patches and place them in the mold). Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
