Using a slotted spoon, transfer the capers to a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Now, fry the toast with chili pepper for 3 minutes until crispy. Place on a plate.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water (about 7 minutes). Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with cauliflower, sprinkle in half of the croutons and transfer to a plate, mixing with oil and mustard.
