Boil the pasta until al dente.
- Pasta: 800 g

Fry the onion until soft, add the minced meat. After 5-10 minutes, add diced tomatoes (can be replaced with tomato paste or canned tomatoes). Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard. Simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt and spices to taste. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Ground beef: 500 g
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Mustard: 1 tablespoon
- Seasonings: to taste

We are making béchamel sauce. (The recipe can be found on the website). I added 2 eggs to the sauce.
- Bechamel sauce: 500 ml

Grease the dish with oil, layer half of the pasta, then the minced meat, and the remaining pasta. Pour the sauce over it. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Five minutes before it's done, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top.
