Five-minute chicken cutlets with rosemary, lemon, and garlic embody the simplicity and sophistication of European cuisine. Tender chicken fillet absorbs the aromas of fresh rosemary, garlic, and lemon juice, creating a harmony of flavors – a light citrus tang, warm spice, and freshness of herbs. The dish is prepared in just a few minutes on the grill, acquiring an appetizing crust and juiciness. It is perfect for quick dinners or festive gatherings and pairs well with vegetable sides and light salads. This cooking method preserves the natural flavor of the meat and highlights its qualities. This recipe is an ideal choice for those who appreciate quick yet exquisite dishes.

1
Light the charcoal in the grill. Once all the charcoal has burned down, move it to the side. Place the grill rack, close the grill, and let it heat for 5 minutes. Alternatively, preheat the oven on grill mode for 10 minutes. Clean and oil the grill rack.
2
Cut the chicken breasts into 8 pieces and pound them with a mallet. In a large bowl, mix chopped garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer part of the marinade to a separate container and set aside. Place the chicken cutlets in the bowl with the marinade.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Fresh rosemary: 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 6 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Chicken breast fillet: 4 pieces

Place the chicken on the grill, cover it, and cook for about 4 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally but not flipping until the chicken is almost fully cooked. Then flip the chicken and fry on the other side until done, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Mix the remaining marinade and drizzle it over the chicken. Serve the finished cutlets hot. Enjoy your meal!
