Indian style grilled chicken

Indian-style grilled chicken is a fragrant and rich dish that embodies the wealth of Indian spices. The yogurt and cream-based marinade gives the meat tenderness and softness, while the blend of garam masala, coriander, cumin, and chili imparts a deep spicy flavor with a hint of heat. This grilling method originates from traditional Indian cuisine, where meat is often marinated in spice mixtures. The crispy golden crust and juicy spiced meat make this dish perfect for serving with aromatic rice, flatbreads, or fresh vegetables.
