Chicken with jalapeño is a vibrant dish from Mexican cuisine that combines spiciness, smoky aroma, and tenderness of chicken fillet. Jalapeño, one of the most popular peppers in Mexican gastronomy, adds a pleasant heat and richness to the meat. Marinated in a mix of barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and dried garlic, the chicken fillet gains depth of flavor. After long marination, it becomes incredibly juicy, and grilling adds an appetizing crust and a light smoky aroma. This dish is perfect for picnics and parties and is served with fresh vegetables, guacamole or Mexican tortillas. Tasting chicken with jalapeño allows one to feel the true spirit of Latin American cuisine – passionate, rich and truly memorable.
