Hawaiian chicken cutlets are a true embodiment of the spirit of tropical islands. Hawaiian cuisine is famous for its harmonious blend of sweet and salty flavors, and this recipe is no exception. Marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, the cutlets acquire delightful tenderness and rich flavor with subtle caramel notes. Extended marination allows the meat to fully absorb the aromas, while grilling gives it an appetizing crust. This dish is perfect for summer evenings, friendly gatherings, or barbecues.
