Emma's cod recipe is a simple yet refined dish that combines tender cod fillet and golden baked potatoes. This recipe can be seen as a modern take on the classic fish and chips duo, where minimalism in ingredients allows natural flavors to shine through. The oil adds richness to the dish, while the aroma of freshly baked potatoes highlights the fish's subtle sweetness. Baking under the broiler creates an appetizing crust, making the fish especially juicy. This cod can be served as a standalone dish with a light salad or fresh vegetables. It's an ideal choice for those who appreciate natural flavors and seek simplicity in preparation without losing elegance.
