Baked Nuggets

Baked nuggets are a light and flavorful alternative to traditional fried nuggets. This recipe has roots in American cuisine, where nuggets became a symbol of quick yet tasty snacks. Instead of frying in oil, baking is used here, making the dish healthier. Tender cod fillet soaked in lemon juice gains exquisite freshness, while a zesty mix of milk, mustard, yogurt, and egg creates a rich flavor. The crispy breadcrumb coating adds textural pleasure. These nuggets pair perfectly with spicy salsa or any other favorite sauce. They make an excellent snack or light main dish that delights with their mild flavor and appetizing crust.
