30 minutes

Meatloaf made from minced meat is a traditional dish of Polish cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation and rich flavor. Historically, it originated as a way to use available ingredients and create a hearty meal for the whole family. The taste of the loaf is rich and juicy, thanks to the combination of minced meat, aromatic spices, and tomato sauce. The baked crust with ketchup adds a slight sweetness and appetizing texture. It is perfect as a main dish for family dinner or festive table and pairs well with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. This loaf not only delights with its taste but also brings comfort and a sense of home warmth.
