We prepare beef. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, corn starch, soy sauce, oil, salt, and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate.
- Ground beef: 200 g
- Cornstarch: 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: 0.1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Preparing garlic chips. Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Pour olive oil into a pan and add the garlic. Fry the garlic over medium heat. Stir the garlic to prevent burning. When the garlic is ready, pour the oil into a bowl and set aside. Salt the fried garlic.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Olive oil: 0.5 glass
- Salt: 0.1 teaspoon

Preparing mushrooms. Rinse the dried mushrooms. Place them in a bowl and pour boiling water to cover the mushrooms. Leave the mushrooms in the water for 20 minutes. You can soak the mushrooms in cold water overnight. Once the mushrooms are soft, rinse them again, drain the excess water, and set aside.
- Oyster mushrooms: 6 pieces

Cooking rice. Rinse it and place it in a pot. Pour in 5 cups of water, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Don't forget to stir to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot.
- Brown rice: 1 glass

After 30 minutes, add mushrooms to the rice and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes.

Then add the minced meat in small pieces. Stir and cover the pot. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. When the rice is ready, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste.
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
