Preheat the oven to 230°C. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Place 4 large sheets of foil on the work surface. Put 1 piece of fish on each sheet of foil. Place zucchini, pattypan squash, and onion on each piece of fish.
- Cod fillet: 4 pieces
- Zucchini: 2 pieces
- Squash: 2 pieces
- Red onion: 1 head
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Sprinkle the fish and vegetables with red chili flakes. Drizzle the vegetables and fish with ½ tablespoon of olive oil and ½ tablespoon of white wine.

Place a slice of lemon on each piece of fish and garnish with a sprig of thyme on top. Wrap the fish and vegetables in foil, leaving some air inside. Seal the foil well. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.

Carefully open one wrap to check if the fish is cooked. If the fish is not cooked, close the wrap again and return the fish to the oven.
