Cut the fish into strips 5 cm wide and dry with paper towels. Then season with salt and black pepper, then coat in flour. Pour oil into the pan, heat it up and add the cod. Fry until golden brown forms. If necessary, cook the fish in small portions so that the released juice does not interfere with frying. Pat the cooked fish with paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Cod fillet: 900 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Vegetable oil: 0.3 glass

Salsa sauce. Dice tomatoes and red onion into small cubes. Add finely chopped cilantro, parsley, and green onion to the vegetables. Squeeze garlic or grate it finely. Mix everything with lemon juice and sour cream. Season with salt, chili pepper, and ground black pepper, and stir.
