Dumplings with chicken are a harmonious combination of tender dough made from rye flour and juicy chicken filling with aromatic onions. This recipe originates from Russian cuisine, where dumplings became a symbol of home comfort and warmth. Rye flour gives the dough density and a light nutty note, while the chicken filling makes the dish tender and nutritious. Dumplings are traditionally served hot with sour cream, butter, or homemade sauce. They can be boiled in broth, which adds a special richness to their flavor. This is a wonderful option for a cozy family dinner or traditional feast where everyone can enjoy homemade taste and caring preparation.

1
Prepare the dough as usual, but use rye flour instead of premium flour. Or half and half with white flour. Pile the flour on the table and make a small indentation in it.

- Egg white: 2 pieces
- Water: 1 glass
