Turkey cutlets with cilantro

Turkey cutlets with cilantro are a tender and aromatic dish that combines the juiciness of turkey with the fresh herbal note of cilantro. This recipe, inspired by European cuisine, offers lightness and sophistication in every bite. The addition of cream makes the mince texture softer, while pounding before frying helps retain juiciness inside. Thanks to cilantro, the cutlets acquire a rich and refreshing flavor that pairs wonderfully with vegetable side dishes or light sauces. These cutlets are perfect for both everyday dinners and festive tables. It is important to serve them hot as they lose some of their tenderness when cooled. They can be complemented with fresh salad leaves, crispy toasts, or a spicy sauce for a true gastronomic delight.
