Soak pearl barley in water for 1 hour. Rinse and send to the multicooker on the 'Grain' mode for 60 minutes.
- Pearl barley: 1 glass
- Water: 2.5 glasss

Fry onion and carrot in a pan until golden brown. Add to the multicooker.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 head
- Vegetable oil: to taste
