Lula on a skewer with Mexican garnish is an amazing blend of spicy Eastern dish with vibrant Mexican notes. Lula kebab, with its tender texture and rich flavor from cilantro and aromatic garlic, gets a crispy crust when baked. The garnish is a true celebration of taste: sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, pickled onions, and spicy beans create harmony where each detail enhances the depth of the meat dish. It's an ideal option for a light yet hearty dinner that awakens a gastronomic journey from the East to Latin America.

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion in half and set one half aside. Blend the remaining onion and garlic cloves until pureed, add to the minced meat and mix. Beat an egg into the minced meat, mix and pound it against the bottom of the bowl until a uniform thick consistency forms. Season with salt and pepper, add a spoonful of finely chopped cilantro. Shape into kebab-like patties.
