Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rub the cleaned and gutted carp with salt and pepper, coat both sides in flour, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for thirty minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, fry the chopped bacon, add the diced potatoes, and brown them (but do not cook until done). Transfer with a slotted spoon to a plate and remove the fat from the skillet.

Remove the carp and carefully place it on a plate, then on the baking tray, remove the paper and lay out the potatoes, sprinkling with chopped dill and parsley, as well as finely chopped garlic. Place the fish on top and pour wine over it, then return to the oven for twenty to thirty minutes. Bake until golden brown.
