Salmon burger is a harmony of rich flavors and textures. Its history begins with American classics, but in this rendition, it gains special sophistication thanks to the noble red fish. A juicy salmon patty complemented by the mild spiciness of chipotle mayonnaise and the freshness of tomato salsa creates a rich and multifaceted taste. Smoked paprika and Worcestershire sauce give the meat a deep aroma, while Jarlsberg cheese smoothly softens its richness. The bun, slightly soaked in spicy sauce, holds all the ingredients in perfect balance. This burger can be served with fries for a classic fast-food experience or enjoyed as a standalone dish that reveals the full palette of American cuisine in an unusual interpretation.

1
For chipotle mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion (half a bulb), orange juice, chopped garlic clove, and chipotle seasoning. Add salt to taste. You can mix by hand, but it's easier with a blender.
- Mayonnaise: 200 g
- Red onion: 1 head
- Orange juice: 40 ml
- Garlic: 1.5 clove
- Ground chipotle pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

2
For tomato salsa, remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop half of a red onion. Grate half a clove of garlic. Mix the onion, tomatoes, and garlic with cilantro, and dress with wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Plum tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Red onion: 1 head
- Garlic: 1.5 clove
- Chopped cilantro (coriander): 1 tablespoon
- White wine vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Extra virgin olive oil: 1 teaspoon

3
Turn three-quarters of the salmon into fine minced meat using a meat grinder, and chop the remaining part into small cubes. Add Worcestershire sauce, scallions, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly to achieve a dense homogeneous mass.
- Salmon fillet: 400 g
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Chives: 30 g
- Ground dried onion: 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

4
Make eight small patties from the minced meat and fry them in sunflower oil on a grill pan for one minute on each side.
- Sunflower oil: to taste

5
Cut the buns in half, spread both halves with chipotle mayonnaise. Place a leaf of lettuce on the bottom halves. Then add a fish patty with a slice of cheese (Jarlsberg), top the cheese with salsa, and cover with the top halves of the buns. Serve with fries — or enjoy as is.
- Hamburger bun: 8 pieces
- Mayonnaise: 200 g
- Green salad: 8 pieces
- Cheese: 8 pieces
- Ground black pepper: 40 g
