Chicken skewers with vegetables

Chicken skewers with vegetables are a vibrant combination of juicy meat and aromatic vegetables infused with the spicy notes of Provençal herbs. This recipe has roots in Mediterranean cuisine traditions, where fresh and natural ingredients play a key role. A light marinade based on olive oil gives the chicken fillet tenderness, while roasting in the oven preserves the juiciness of each piece. Combined with crispy zucchini and sweet bell peppers, the skewers become not only tasty but also aesthetically appealing. The dish is perfect for a light dinner or festive gathering, and serving on skewers adds a touch of informality. It pairs wonderfully with yogurt or tomato-based sauces, adding extra depth of flavor.
