Juicy Chicken Dumplings

Juicy chicken dumplings are a true embodiment of comfort and home warmth. Their roots go deep into Russian cuisine, where dumplings have been a symbol of family dinners and celebrations for centuries. The tender dough made with sour cream adds special softness, while the filling of chicken fillet with onions creates a rich flavor with light sweet notes. When boiled, the dumplings fill with the aroma of fresh ingredients, and their thin meat juice makes each piece incredibly juicy. They are perfect for a hearty dinner, especially with aromatic spices or traditional Russian sauce – sour cream.
