Thaw the squid and clean out the insides.
- Squid: 4 pieces

Place in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until they turn white and the skin shrinks! Remove from water and let cool slightly. Peel off the remaining shriveled skin with a knife. Cut the fish into thin strips.
- Salt: to taste

Place the pan on the fire, when it is well heated, add butter, let it melt and pour in the squid.
- Butter: 1.5 tablespoon
- Squid: 4 pieces

Quickly fry them on high heat (about 2 minutes), stirring occasionally.

The pieces of squid should curl up, and any liquid (if present) should evaporate.

We sprinkle everything with flour and quickly mix, let the flour fry a bit (for about 10-20 seconds), then add sour cream and pour boiling water to almost cover the squids, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid.
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons

Simmer for a minute, then add a little salt, pepper well, mix and simmer for another minute. Turn off the stove.
