Mix flour with a pinch of salt, add water, and knead a stiff dough (like for noodles or dumplings). If the dough is sticky, add more flour. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic, and let it rest for half an hour at room temperature (or refrigerate for a few hours or overnight).
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Water: 1 glass
- Salt: to taste

Chop onion, celery, and bell pepper into small cubes. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Finely chop dill and parsley.

Mix vegetables and greens with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
- Ground beef: 500 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Roll the dough to a thickness of 3–5 mm. Cut into strips 10–15 cm long and 7–10 cm wide.

Place 2-3 tablespoons of prepared filling on each strip. Roll into a cylinder.

Place the roulades loosely in a baking dish.

Mix mayonnaise, tomato juice, salt, sugar, ground pepper, crushed garlic, and oregano.
- Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
- Tomato juice: 2 glasss
- Salt: to taste
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Oregano: 0.7 teaspoon

Pour the obtained sauce over the cannelloni.
