Vegetable goulash with paprika is a bright, aromatic dish that comes from Russian cuisine but is inspired by Eastern European traditions. Its rich flavor is achieved through the combination of sweet paprika, juicy tomatoes, and various vegetables. The tender texture of potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower fills the dish with comfort, while a mix of spicy herbs adds zest. This goulash is perfect for warming up on cold days and can be served as a standalone dish or with bread. It is great for vegetarians, and the thickened consistency from flour makes it particularly hearty. The simplicity of preparation and availability of ingredients make this recipe an excellent choice for home cooking when craving something delicious yet unobtrusive.
