Chicken legs in pastry are a refined and hearty dish embodying European gastronomic tradition. In this version, tender chicken legs are first boiled and then baked in puff pastry with spicy Korean carrots, creating an interesting contrast of textures and flavors. The crispy golden pastry pairs wonderfully with the tender meat and spicy filling, making it perfect for a festive table or a cozy family dinner.
