We clean and boil the potatoes. Make puree, preferably adding milk and butter (it will taste better this way).
- Potato: 800 g
- Salt: to taste

Fry the minced meat with onions until cooked. Add salt and spices.
- Ground turkey: 400 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Salt: to taste
- Seasoning for chicken: 1 teaspoon
