We clean the onion and chop it finely.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Parmesan cheese: 100 g

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Add spinach. Salt and pepper.
- Fresh spinach leaves: 200 g
