Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
- Potato: 1 kg
- Salt: to taste

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan, add 3 cloves of garlic, and pour in milk to your liking. Remove the garlic when it softens. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

- Milk: 300 ml

Drain the potatoes, add salt, put a teaspoon of butter and mash with a masher, pour in the mixture of butter and milk, whip into puree. Pour in the rest of the mixture, mash again and whip.
