Finely chop the fillet, remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into cubes. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion.

Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil until cooked, lightly salting and peppering it.

In another pan, sauté the carrots, add the pepper, and fry until it becomes soft.

Next, add onion and a little salt, and sauté lightly.

Lightly grease the baking dish with oil, add rice, and level it. Place vegetables on the rice, then half of the sour cream, and spread it out. On the sour cream, add a layer of chicken fillet and a layer of corn. On the corn, add the second half of the sour cream, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at medium temperature (about 180 degrees).
