Blend the liver and onion, add cream, and continue to whip.
- Chicken liver: 500 g
- Onion: 1 piece
- Cream: 100 ml

Whisk the eggs into a stiff foam, add salt and pepper.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: pinch
- Ground black pepper: pinch
