Wash the wings and place them in a deep bowl. Mix honey and soy sauce. Coat the wings well with the prepared sauce and refrigerate for 6-10 hours. I prepare it at night and fry it the next evening after coming home from work.

- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Fry the wings in vegetable oil, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, flip, sprinkle with sesame, cover and fry for another 5-7 minutes. You can also prepare them in the oven, placing them on a greased baking sheet, and cook at medium temperature until golden brown, sprinkling with sesame at the end.
