Marbled cutlets with cheese filling

Marble cutlets stuffed with cheese are a true gastronomic art of Russian cuisine. Their name reflects a unique texture - a combination of juicy meat mince and stretchy, aromatic cheese inside. Historically, such cutlets became popular due to the tradition of combining meat with delicate, rich fillings. The crispy breading gives the cutlets an appetizing golden crust, while the aroma of dill and onion enhances the flavor even more. These cutlets are perfect for both festive gatherings and cozy family dinners. They can be served with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or savory sauces, creating an ideal balance of flavors and textures.
