    I always take only fresh mushrooms. Accordingly, we wash and clean each mushroom. We cut them into small thin slices (1.5x1.5 cm). We place them in a hot pan after pouring in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. We fry for about 5-7 minutes, then add butter. We continue frying until the butter melts and the mushrooms brown slightly. We place the cooked mushrooms in a saucepan, pour in cream, and bring to a boil over low heat.

    We prepare meatballs. Finely chop garlic (to taste) into the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste, and crack an egg. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, form balls from the minced meat — meatballs with a diameter of no more than 3 cm, and place them in the already heated pan. Fry until crispy. Place the finished meatballs into a saucepan where mushrooms are slowly boiling in cream.
