We stuff the washed and peeled chicken breasts with 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves, rub them lightly with salt on all sides, and sprinkle with a little pepper.

For baking chicken breasts in the oven, it's better to choose a dish with high sides — a frying pan or a saucepan. Grease the dish inside with some vegetable oil, place the breasts in it, and fill the empty space with chopped onions.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Pour in 150 grams of cream with at least 20% fat, so that the cream slightly covers the onion.

We squeeze half a lemon into the cream (creams with 20% fat content and above handle this procedure easily).

Add 3-4 tablespoons of grated canned tomatoes (without mixing with cream). That is, those who don't like tomatoes can easily do without them.

Cut the specified amount of potatoes into circles and arrange them so as to leave the tomato 'islands' intact. This is our side dish for the chicken: potatoes baked in cream pair very well with poultry.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees on the rack, slightly below the middle level. The chicken breasts will bake for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, grate the cheese, take the dish out of the oven, and generously sprinkle our dish with cheese.
