Turkey Meatballs

Turkey patties are a tender and juicy dish from American cuisine, where simple yet flavorful recipes are valued. The softness of the minced meat combines with the creamy texture of butter inside, creating a harmony of flavors. Caucasian spices add zest, making each bite rich. This dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and festive tables. It can be served with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes. The key is not to overcook the patties to keep them juicy. Their simplicity in preparation and rich taste make them a favorite choice for family meals.

1
Mix the minced meat with egg and spices.
- Ground turkey: 350 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Caucasian seasoning: to taste
2
Cut the butter into small squares.
- Butter: 100 g
3
Form a patty from the minced meat, place butter in the center, seal the edges, and shape it into a cutlet.
4
Thus, shape patties from all the minced meat.
5
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the patties covered on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side (time depends on the size of the patties, mine were small). The most important thing is not to overcook, so the meat doesn't dry out — turkey meat cooks quite quickly.
- Vegetable oil: to taste
6
Place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
