Turkey zrazy with filling is a refined dish of Belarusian cuisine that combines the tenderness of turkey fillet with a spicy filling. Zrazy has ancient roots and was prepared in noble houses. The turkey mince soaked in the aromas of milk and onion becomes airy and soft, while the filling of eggs, cheese, and greens adds a rich flavor with a light creamy note. Fried to a golden crust, they acquire an appetizing crunch that perfectly complements the juiciness of the inner layer. These zrazy are suitable for both festive dinners and cozy home lunches. They can be served with vegetables, potatoes or delicate sauces that highlight the depth of flavor. Each portion offers a balance of softness, richness and light spiciness that makes this dish memorable.
