Pork steak with vegetables

Pork steak under vegetables is a magnificent combination of juicy meat and a rich layer of vegetables infused with the aromas of spices and sauce. This recipe is inspired by American cuisine, where they love to cook meat with fruity notes. Apricots and honey add tenderness to the marinade, while spicy mustard and soy sauce enhance the flavor of the pork. Baked under a layer of vegetables and cheese, the steaks become especially juicy, and melted cheese adds richness. The dish is perfect for a festive dinner or entertaining guests, surprising with its rich flavor nuances. It pairs wonderfully with red wine or fresh vegetable salads, creating a harmonious ensemble on the plate.
