Prepare mashed potatoes by adding cream and melted butter.
- Potato: 1.5 kg
- Cream 25%: 100 ml
- Butter: 100 g

Fry the onion and add it to the puree.

Salt the salmon and add pepper, fry until golden brown (if the steaks are thick and undercooked inside, don't worry, the fish will cook through during baking).
