French-style pork is a dish that combines the juiciness of meat, the tenderness of cheese, and the spiciness of onion in a harmony of flavors. Despite its name, its roots are likely linked to Russian cuisine, where it became popular due to its simplicity and excellent taste. Baked under a layer of mayonnaise and cheese, the meat acquires a rich aroma and tender texture, while the golden crust adds a special charm. It pairs perfectly with potato sides or fresh vegetables.
