Grate 1.5 cups of carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop celery to make 0.75 cups. Grate onions on a coarse grater to get 0.5 cups. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl.

- Celery stalk: 2 pieces
- Onion: 1 head

Add breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped chervil to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into patties, taking about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture.
- Crushed breadcrumbs: 0.3 glass
- Chervil: 50 g
- Chicken egg (large): 2 pieces
- Coarse salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Heat a large skillet with a little vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.
