Turkey goulash with apricots

Turkey goulash with apricots is a harmonious blend of tender meat and the sweet-sour notes characteristic of Italian cuisine. The dish's origins trace back to Mediterranean gastronomy traditions, where fruits are often used to impart a special aroma to meat. The flavor of this goulash is deep: soft turkey fillet soaked in rich broth is complemented by the intense sweetness of apricots and the light spiciness of tomato sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Goulash is perfect for a cozy family dinner or an elegant presentation at a festive table. It can be served with rice, pasta, or fresh bread that will beautifully absorb the aromatic sauce. This dish reveals the Italian approach to gastronomy – a balance of flavors, simplicity in preparation, and refinement in details.
