Chiapos is a vibrant dish of Mexican cuisine that combines the tenderness of beef steak with rich vegetable aromas. The name may be linked to the Chiapas region, famous for its unique gastronomy. Pieces of beef seared to a golden crust are paired with a sauce made from sweet peppers, corn, carrots, and tomatoes that add a light sweetness and rich flavor to the dish. Onions add spiciness while tomatoes provide a slight tanginess. Chiapos is a harmony of flavors perfect for both cozy family dinners and festive tables. The dish is served hot and pairs wonderfully with rice or corn tortillas. Classic Mexican taste in every bite!
